How do I find historical sales prices on

Look on a listing’s information page on, just under the property details, in a section labeled ‘Price History’.

How far back will historical home sale prices be displayed?

Historical sale prices will be displayed on all active listings for every sale associated with that address going back as far as the MLS® data exists, excluding the 12 months immediately preceding the listing date.

So, for example, if a home is listed on August 30, 2022:

  • A sale price from January 3, 2022 would not display
  • A sale price from August 18, 2021 would display
  • A sale price from September 12, 2009 would display
