Jeff King, Chief Executive Officer

Jeff King was appointed chief executive officer of Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) in November 2021. Since then, he has advanced innovation and high professional standards while championing practical, non-partisan housing solutions that benefit Canadians and the Realtor community. King regularly works with policymakers, regulators, and local leaders to move ideas into action on supply, affordability, and professional standards. His leadership has strengthened Realtor voices in national housing debates and positioned GVR as a constructive community partner.
Before joining GVR, King was Chief Operating and Corporate Development Officer of SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors, and Music Publishers of Canada). He also served as chief executive officer of SOCAN subsidiaries Dataclef, New York based Audiam and Seattle based MediaNet.
During his time at SOCAN, Jeff was a key leader in the transformation of the organization as it grew from $120m in revenue to over $500m.
He was also chair of the board of directors at DDEX, a global standards-setting body for digital music distribution.
During his time in the music industry, King was named COO of the Year by M&A Today in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the London School of Management & Technology, a BA Honours from Wilfrid Laurier University and has completed several post-graduate programs on innovation and governance. His expertise in strategy, innovation, licensing, distribution, and corporate planning has made him a sought-after speaker at conferences worldwide.
Craig Munn, Chief Corporate Development Officer

Craig works within our executive team to lead strategy implementation, stakeholder engagement and corporate communication. He also works to pursue key business opportunities and build and strengthen organizational partnerships and relationships across the real estate profession and overall business community.
He previously served GVR as the Vice President of Communication and Events where his responsibilities included internal and external communication, media and public relations, content strategy, issues management, and stakeholder engagement.
Craig holds certificates in executive management from UBC’s Sauder School of Business and in corporate governance from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. In 2021 he earned the Strategic Communication Management® designation from the International Association of Business Communicators.
Prior to joining GVR, Craig was the Press and Public Affairs Officer at the British Consulate General in Vancouver and a reporter for a variety of community newspapers in the Lower Mainland.
Anja Tremblay, Chief Financial Officer

Anja is responsible for the financial management of GVR, which includes budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, strategic financial planning, and risk management.
Anja is a multi-lingual senior finance executive who has worked in the public and private sectors in North America and Europe. She holds a CPA designation, and a bachelor's and master’s degree in Business Administration.
Prior to joining GVR, Anja was the Vice-President of Finance at a large non-profit organization and held a Controller position at a federal crown corporation. Anja has also worked in the consumer goods, oil and gas industries, and commercial property management.
Shari Wallace, Chief Information Officer

Shari Wallace is Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is responsible for the leadership, planning, organization, communication, cybersecurity, and management of all aspects of information technology at GVR.
She is a senior information technology executive with over 30 years of experience in the private and public sectors in Canada and Europe.
Shari most recently served as the CIO at Triumf Canada’s particle accelerator centre, where her leadership helped modernize and streamline that organization’s IT infrastructure. Before joining Triumf, she served as CIO at the City of Burnaby and in senior IT roles at Telus and the City of Vancouver.
Ash Anil, Chief Membership Officer

Ash brings extensive knowledge leading customer experience operations and transformations across industries and countries, including Canada, the United States, India, and the United Kingdom.
He has worked across different sectors such as telecom, retail, public service, and technology for brands like Three Telecom UK, Rogers Communications, Best Buy Canada, Stern Partners, Technical Safety BC, and Hughes Network Systems.
As part of the senior management team, Ash will identify the tools and technology, systems, and process improvements necessary to provide exceptional customer service to the organization’s more than 15,000 REALTOR® members and 500 real estate brokerages.
Andrew Lis, Vice President, Data and Analytics

Andrew is an applied economist and data-scientist specializing in real estate and urban land economics. He has held senior-level economist positions spanning both the public and private sectors, positioning his experience uniquely within the real estate industry.
Andrew heads GVR's Economics department and is also the key media spokesperson for market-related information and statistics. He brings GVR's market data to the public and to life through insightful, timely, rigorous in-depth analyses.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys a variety of hobbies ranging from music composition to fixing up his classic Volkswagen camper van.
Shauna Woolliams, Vice President, Human Resources

As part of the senior leadership team, Shauna leads the development and execution of HR strategies. She oversees strategic workforce planning and development, and plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and innovative workplace culture.
Shauna has extensive experience in human resources leadership, having held senior roles at Belron Canada, ADP Canada, and CHC/Heli-One. She has a strong ability to implement progressive HR strategies and drive employee engagement initiatives.
